Our research did not identify a supervisory authority, professional body, or authorisation scheme covering AI consultancy in Romania. If one turns out to apply, we will publish it here.

Consumers can also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Romanian consumer authority, Autoritatea Naţională pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor (ANPC), anpc.ro. Its alternative dispute resolution platform is at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available, so national dispute resolution is the route to use.
