Terms of Use
v1.0, July 2026 · Effective date: 27 July 2026
1. Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Florin Cusmereanu, sole trader, Romania, EU, trading as AI Fluent. Contact: florin@aifluent.ai. Full operator details are on the Imprint page.
2. What this site is
The site is informational. It describes our services, publishes articles and resources, offers 4 free self-assessment tools, and lets you book a free discovery call. Nothing is sold here and no fee is charged for anything on this site.
Using the tools does not create a consulting engagement. An engagement exists only when both sides sign a written agreement.
3. The assessment tools
AIMS, PACE, ACTS, and ORBIT are free. Each produces a result from the answers you give, and you can receive a fuller report by entering your email address. Subscribing to the newsletter is a separate choice and is never required to get your report.
Every tool output is informational. Specifically:
- ACTS places your situation into an EU AI Act risk tier based on what you tell it. It is not legal advice, not a legal opinion, not an audit, and not a certification of compliance or non-compliance. Nothing on this site about the EU AI Act is legal advice. Before you act on any compliance question, get advice from a lawyer qualified in EU AI regulation.
- ORBIT estimates return from the figures you enter. Estimates are not forecasts and not guarantees. Real results depend on factors the calculator cannot see. Check any number with your own finance team before you use it in a decision.
- AIMS and PACE are self-assessments. They reflect what you reported about yourself or your organisation, with all the bias that carries. They are not audits, benchmarks, credentials, or predictions of success.
You are responsible for what you do with any output.
4. Your report, our site
Your report is yours. You may read it, save it, and use it inside your own organisation. You may not resell it, republish it, present it as your own work, or deliver it to your clients as a professional work product.
Everything else stays ours. The site content, tool logic, scoring methodology, wording, design, and the AI Fluent name are the property of Florin Cusmereanu or are licensed to him. Copying or adapting them without written permission is not allowed.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, crawl, or automate access to the site or the tools. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the tools or their scoring. Do not use the contact form or booking system to send unsolicited commercial messages. Do not try to get around security controls or reach parts of the site not meant to be public. Do not run load or penetration tests without written permission first.
If you do any of these, we may block your access.
6. Availability
The site is provided as it is, and as it is available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, specific response times, or freedom from errors, and we may take the site down for maintenance without notice. Keep your own copy of any report you want to keep.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or lost opportunity arising from your use of this site or of anything the tools produce.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- gross negligence or intentional misconduct
- infringement of data protection law, including your rights under the GDPR
- your mandatory rights as a consumer
- anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded
Where a limitation in these terms is not enforceable against you, the rest still applies.
8. Third-party services and links
Booking runs on Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling. Emails are sent through Brevo. Hosting is on Vercel. These are independent providers with their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or their handling of your data, and you should read their policies before using those features.
The site links to external websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content. A link is not an endorsement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version number and effective date at the top of this page change when we do. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not apply retroactively to your earlier use of the site. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply to that use.
10. Governing law, and where disputes go
These terms are governed by Romanian law.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, and you can still bring a claim in the courts of that country. Nothing here waives a statutory right you have as a consumer.
If you are acting as a business, disputes go to the competent courts of Romania.
Before going to court, please write to florin@aifluent.ai so we can try to sort the problem out directly. Consumers can also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Romanian consumer authority, ANPC, at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro.
